Penguin Beach House sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 — Queen Bed

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets at Penguin Beach House. We hope you understand.

Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability — just ask us when you enquire.

There are 3 parking spots for your exclusive use during your stay. Two parking spots at the front of the property on the pebbles. One parking spot at the back of the property on the pebbles.

Absolutely — Penguin Beach House is a fantastic family destination. The pirate ship playground just 2 minutes walk away, and the calm beach foreshore make it ideal for families with young children.

Yes, fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, complimentary for all guests.

All linen, pillows, bath towels and beach towels are provided for all guests.

2 night minimum stay.

A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in.

For bookings made within 14 days of check-in, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

Cancellation terms:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in: full refund.

• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking value.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: no refund.

• No-shows: no refund.

If we are able to rebook your cancelled dates, we may offer a further refund or credit at our discretion, less any unrecovered costs, price difference, payment processing fees and reasonable administration costs.

Yes — Penguin Beach House is right on the foreshore. The beach and the famous penguin viewing area are literally a 1–2 minute walk from the front door.

Penguin has a wonderful selection of dining options within easy walking distance, including Penguin Beer Co, Seasons by the Sea Tapas Restaurant, Penguin House Asian Fusion, Neptune Grand Bistro, Mount Gnomon Farm Restaurant, Penguin Pantry, Penguin Country Bakehouse, Sips Penguin & Adelie Wine Bar.

The fairy penguin viewing area is just a 1 minute walk from the house. Head down just after sunset and you'll often see them waddling ashore to their burrows — it's a magical experience.
